What needs to be prepared for court?

On the pre-arranged date you attend the Court and pay the bankruptcy clerk the court fee and hand the clerk your pre-prepared bankruptcy petition.

T here is often no need for you to even see a District Judge (this is dependant on the actual Court which you attend, but mostly it is not necessary).
